These group hiking trips give participants the chance to explore the Peak District, improve wellbeing, and build confidence through outdoor physical activity and shared experiences.

Bridge of words

Bridge of Words provides ESOL classes for refugees, asylum seekers, and migrants, offering three levels of English to support learners at different stages and help them build confidence in everyday communication.

Plant To Plate

Funded by Bupa Foundation

Plant to Plate combines gardening and cooking to promote healthy living. Participants grow vegetables, learn practical skills, and prepare fresh meals together in a community setting.

Yoga & Wellbeing Walks

Our wellbeing programme brings people together through guided walks across Nottingham and yoga sessions designed to support physical and mental wellbeing. These activities encourage participants to stay active, reduce stress, build confidence, and connect with others in a friendly and supportive environment.

Community Support & Engagement

Our Community Support & Engagement programme delivers a range of activities designed to improve wellbeing, develop skills, and strengthen community connections. Through art and wellbeing workshops, digital literacy training, employability support, games and social sessions, children's activities, and family fun days, we create inclusive opportunities for people of all ages to learn, connect, and thrive.
